Funds raised through this year's 爱之树 will benefit the Sampson Regional Medical Center Blood Donor Center. Did you know SampsonRMC is one of only three hospital-operated blood donor centers in North Carolina? Funds will introduce upgraded equipment and processes that will enable our blood bank to package leukocyte-reduced blood. Leukocyte reduction is not just an enhancement; it's the gold standard. By filtering blood prior to transfusion, we can offer better therapeutic benefits to patients and significantly improve clinical outcomes for those receiving blood transfusions. Blood donation is vital to helping save the lives of our family, 朋友, and neighbors.
